Hivos is an international development organization, founded in 1968 on the basis of humanist values. Together with citizens and their organizations, we aim to contribute towards just, inclusive and life sustaining societies where people have equal access to opportunities, rights and resources. 

What are the opportunities and threats of NFTs for the global art world? I would like the students to do a market research and analysis various new initiatives and start-ups that recently emerged in the NFT and Blockchain space. Some of those aim to support artists with additional income, others started art galleries in the “metaverse” or promised to democratize funding models.
